We built these homes for the kind of stays we wanted for our own families — enough space for everyone, proper staff, good food, reliable Wi-Fi, backup power, comfortable rooms, and the privacy of having the entire estate to yourself.
Lakeview sits above the water near Igatpuri. Hillview is tucked into the hills of Lonavala. Different settings, same standard: fully staffed, privately booked, and personally looked after.

Air-conditioning throughout. CCTV in common and external areas. Secure on-site parking for 6 to 7 cars. BBQ and bonfire arranged on request.
We are Shariq and Shayan Ashraf. Pearl Mansions began as homes we built for our own families, and that still defines how we run them.
When you enquire, you are not entering a platform queue. You are speaking directly with the team that manages the house, the staff, the food and the booking.
Our promise is simple: the home should look like the photographs, the staff should know what they are doing, the food should feel personal, and the stay should feel private from the moment you arrive.
Both houses are sized for groups — the whole point is exclusive use. Here is what people most often book us for.
From a grandparents-and-grandkids long weekend to a multi-generational reunion of fifteen. Both houses have separate kids' play areas and child-safe pools.
Milestone birthdays, bachelor weekends, year-end trips, anniversary getaways. Both houses sleep large groups comfortably and the staff can lay on a proper night.
Off-sites of 12 to 20 people. Working sessions in the morning, real food at lunch, the pool and games room for the afternoon. GST-invoiced.

When you book a Pearl house, the whole house is yours. No other guests. No other bookings on the same dates. The estate, the staff, the pool, the kitchen, the silence at six in the morning.
