Lakeview was built around a view. The land slopes towards Vaitarna Lake; the house steps back into the hillside. Every bedroom opens onto a balcony with the same wide window onto the water.
There is a 50-foot heated infinity pool that runs along the lake-side edge of the property, with a separate kids' pool and a jacuzzi. There is a 13-seat home theatre with a 130-inch screen, a 4K Epson projector, and Dolby Atmos sound by Klipsch - the kind of cinema room people actually use, not the kind that's a closet with a TV.
Half a kilometre of jogging track loops the property. There is an air-conditioned games room with pool, table tennis, foosball, and a small library. There is an organic farm where the kids spend the afternoon. There is a BBQ deck and a fire pit. There is parking for seven cars.
A cook lives on the property. So does the butler. The Wi-Fi works. The 62.5 KVA generator covers everything for eight hours. The inverter covers the essentials for four. You will not need either, but they are there.
It is a three-hour drive from Mumbai. You will not want to come back.

Our cook handles Maharashtrian, North Indian, and Continental without a script. Veg and non-veg both. Special diets are handled if you tell us before you arrive - Jain, gluten-free, low-spice for older guests, kid menus for picky eaters.
Food is billed separately, per person per day, on a package that covers breakfast, lunch, evening tea and dinner. Alcohol is BYOB - we keep it cold, set up the glasses, and pour for the group if you would like. Special requests like a BBQ night, a birthday cake, or a Diwali menu are arranged in advance at additional cost.

The drive from Mumbai is roughly three hours via the Mumbai-Agra Highway (NH3). The nearest railway station is Igatpuri; we can arrange a car to collect you if you arrive by train.
Vaitarna Lake is at the property line. Within an hour you have Camel Valley viewpoint, Tringalwadi Fort, Anjaneri Fort, Sula vineyards Ghatandevi Temple. The Trimbakeshwar Temple, twenty-five. The city of Nashik proper is forty five minutes by road.

The tariff is for exclusive use of the whole house and everything on the estate - all five bedrooms, the pool, the home theatre, the games room, the lawn, the jogging track, the parking, the Wi-Fi, the staff. BBQ, Heating the pool, and Food is the only meaningful extra. It is billed per person per day on the food package you choose so you only pay for what you eat.
Up to 20 guests across five super luxurious bedrooms - we plan the sleeping configuration with you in advance based on the group. We can accommodate more for day-use events (a daytime celebration, a working session); please ask when you enquire.
Yes - the highway approach is excellent and the last kilometre is on a narrow rural road that a sedan handles. In the monsoon an SUV is more comfortable. If you'd prefer not to drive, we can arrange a car to bring you in from Mumbai or Pune.
A standard food package covers breakfast, lunch, evening tea, and dinner - veg or non-veg, with a multi-cuisine menu agreed in advance. Kids' menus, special diets (Jain, gluten-free, low-spice) are accommodated. Sample menus and pricing are on the food page.
Yes - both are arranged on request at a small additional cost (charcoal, marinades, set-up). Mention it when you book and we'll have it ready by sundown on the day you choose.
BYOB is welcome. Bring what you would like; our staff help with chilling, glassware and service setup, and will pour for the group if you prefer. Please do not carry drinks or glass into the pool itself.
Full refund up to 30 days before check-in. 50% refund up to 14 days. Within 14 days the booking is non-refundable, but we will do our best to help you reschedule once if your dates need to shift.
50% bank transfer or UPI to hold the booking. The balance is paid prior to check in. A full GST invoice is issued for every booking and can be addressed to a company if you are booking an offsite.
